How and when orders are sent.

When your order ships
State how soon orders are packed and sent, for example within two working days, and when you post on weekends or holidays.
Where we ship
List the countries or regions you deliver to, and any you do not.
Costs
Explain how shipping is charged: a flat rate, free above a set amount, or a rate by destination. If your payment provider adds shipping at checkout, say so here.
Packing and damage
Say how parcels are packed and tracked. If something arrives damaged or wrong, ask buyers to keep the packaging, take photographs and write to you within a few days.
